Where is the product shipped from?
Products are shipped from InsuJet's Distribution Centre. Products sold within EU or Mena region are shipped from a distribution center located in the Netherlands.
Products sold within the Asia-pacific region are shipped from a distribution center in Shenzhen, China.
I've placed my order. When will it ship?
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), and are usually shipped within one businessday. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to your invoice will be sent to you once the order has shipped.
My order was damaged when I received it. How do I get a replacement?

Can I return my order and get a refund?
A consumer can cancel an online purchase during a cooling-off period of 14 days without giving any reason. You have to contact us via email of phone within this 14-day cooling-off period if you wish to get a refund. If your product is damaged and under warranty, please contact us via phone or email.
Who pays for shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Items to be repaired under warranty will be returned to InsuJet at the owner’s expense. Repairs covered by warranty (as reasonably determined by InsuJet) will be shipped back to the owner at InsuJet's expense. Shipping costs outside of warranty covered items will be at the owner’s expense.
